Terms & Conditions

HS Techware Limited provides computer repair, laptop repair, IT support, and related services in Vadodara and other locations in Gujarat. Services include but are not limited to:

• Desktop and laptop hardware repair

• Windows installation and formatting

• Virus and malware removal

• Network and printer setup

• Hardware upgrades (SSD, RAM)

• On-site and in-store service

• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Appointments can be booked via phone call, WhatsApp, or email. Bookings are confirmed once acknowledged by our team. We will provide an estimated time of arrival for on-site service visits, subject to technician availability and location.

Walk-in customers at our workshop are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround time depends on the nature of the repair and availability of spare parts.

A free initial diagnosis may be provided for common issues. For complex repairs, a formal diagnosis and written or verbal quotation will be provided before any paid work begins. Customers must approve the quotation before repair work proceeds.

We reserve the right to charge a diagnostic fee for detailed hardware assessments even if the customer chooses not to proceed with repair.

Pricing for services is provided on enquiry and confirmed before work begins. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden charges.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and UPI payments. Prices for spare parts may vary based on availability and market conditions.

Where applicable, a limited warranty is offered on specific repairs and spare parts. Warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service delivery.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused after the repair

• Damage due to power surges or electrical issues

• Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs

• Software issues unrelated to the original repair

Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period with the original service receipt.

We strongly advise customers to back up their data before submitting any device for repair. While we take every precaution, HS Techware Limited is not responsible for any data loss that occurs during the repair process.

Data recovery is a separate service and is not guaranteed. We do not intentionally access or copy personal data on customer devices.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the device and its issue

• Ensuring the device is their own or that they have authorization to submit it for repair

• Collecting the device within a reasonable time after repair completion

• Informing us of any known physical damage or prior repairs

Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after repair completion may be subject to a storage charge.

HS Techware Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of income.

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

All content on the HS Techware Limited website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of HS Techware Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or use of this content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
